Sam Barringer worked his way up from the slums of Philadelphia to a corner office with a magnificent view of Manhattan. A corporate attorney, Sam was a powerhouse in his field, making more money than he could spend. Still single, he watched quietly as his associates’ marriages crumbled, one after another. It seemed there was always another beautiful gold-digger ready to take whatever the first, or second or third wife left up for grabs. Many of his male clients were ridiculously wealthy and so very alone, unable to trust their own judgment when it came to women. Yet, he knew, there were good women out there. The problem was they worked in coffee shops and school lunchrooms, as bus drivers and mechanics, hardly likely to meet a man who could and would provide them with security, love and guidance.

The men surrounding him were unhappy and frustrated, looking for something they were never going to find, despite their wealth. It was then that Sam decided to help, and Sugar Babies was born. Surrounding himself with positive, upbeat people, he resigned his position, left town and set up a matchmaking service. Quickly Sam discovered that there were a lot more men like him than he’d previously believed. Men who wanted a loving, respectful and somewhat obedient partner to share their lives. Men who were naturally dominant and firmly believed that disciplining their woman was sometimes necessary to insure a healthy, peaceful and long term relationship.

While scouting out a new location for a branch office, Sam meets Johanna Maxwell. Jo is beautiful, hard working and everyone’s best friend. She could be counted on for house sitting, baby-sitting or pet sitting, or even a last minute loan, if cash ran low between paydays. In fact, the only person Jo didn’t take care of was Jo. Sam falls hard, but can he convince Jo that his business is legitimate? More to the point, can he convince her that when he pulls her over his knee, it’s out of love?

New this evening…

The time of the annual Festival had arrived and Graye Manor bustled with a frenzy of activity. Its rolling, manicured grounds echoed with the sharp sounds of a whip striking human flesh and shrill cries filled with both pain and pleasure followed, bringing excited smiles and eager anticipation to the faces and hearts of the listeners. The time of the Cirque de Sade Festival had finally arrived and, with it, the final magnificent display of skills, beauty, and selfless service that would end at the auction block. Guests would be arriving from all over the globe to be served, and entertained, by the staff of this unique establishment. The outside world knew nothing about its purpose, or the real history behind the cold stone walls, and Dorian Graye intended it to remain that way. Things happened in the Manor – things that the real world would never embrace…

Pride, Integrity, Loyalty and Love, the acronym of PILL, is a hard one for many to swallow in the eyes in today’s society. In honor of his mentor’s vision for a rich alternative to the old world ideas of domestic service, Graye Manor was founded. Select applicants, known as Graye’s Maids, are trained in the classic skills of a domestic – with one major difference. Each is drawn to the darker side of service and flourishes under the command of a hard palm upon a bare backside- or even, in more hardcore cases, the slash of a whip.

Dorian Graye is a master of the Florentine long- tail whip, and has made an art form of throwing the braided snakes to paint a human canvas. Like his namesake, he plays hard, but he loves even harder. Under the slightly sadistic exterior is a man whose greatest desire is for each of his beloved maids to find happiness. He allows nothing to stand in their way, and is willing to sacrifice anything to grant them their heart’s desire… even if the journey to that desire means suffering as the door to previously unspoken taboos are opened and explored.

The Whip Master is a story about power, surrender, difficult choices and sacrifice during the decadent Cirque de Sade Festival, where anything is possible, and everything is probable.

Harmony’s Golden Chain by Frances Lucette

Harmony is a high powered CEO who secretly desires to give up the power and control of her stressful position. Abelard D’Amato’s wealth affords him the time to take Harmony from the demands of the corporate world and give her the deep submission she yearns for.

But the chain he puts around her neck is more than just symbolic. Under Abelard’s control, Harmony lives part of her day as an adult and part as Abelard’s cherished little one.

But what happens when the demands of being a submissive prove to be as difficult as the demands of being in a position of power. “Harmony’s Golden Chain” tracks the progression of a young woman who must draw on her strength to be everything her man – and she – believes she can be in terms of a well-rounded woman and a dedicated submissive.
